This company wants to know, what is the best Halloween candy? For answering this question you get free candy, $50 worth. Is it too good to be true? Could be. Personally I find Snickers to be the best Candy, and getting free candy samples of Snickers would be much more valuable than Reese's. Though free candy samples are great either way right?
